Terms & Conditions
These are the terms for buying from Frekl online. We’ve written them like humans because we are humans, but every clause does a real job. Please read them. If something doesn’t make sense, email us at hello@frekl.com.au and we’ll sort it out.

When these terms say “Frekl,” “we,” “us,” or “our,” that’s who we mean.
Accepting these terms
By placing an order through this website, you confirm that you’ve read these terms and agree to them. If you don’t agree, don’t place an order — and let us know if something here needs clarifying.
These terms apply to all purchases made through frekl.com.au. They don’t apply to wholesale or trade orders, which are covered by separate agreements.
Ordering & your account
You can order as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, you’re responsible for keeping your login details secure. Let us know immediately at hello@frekl.com.au if you think your account has been accessed without your permission.
When you place an order, you’re making an offer to purchase. We accept that offer when we confirm your order by email and charge payment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example, if a product is out of stock, if there’s a pricing error, or if we suspect fraudulent activity. If we cancel after payment, we’ll refund you in full.
You must be 18 or older to create an account and place orders. (Frekl is non-alcoholic and genuinely suitable for all ages, but our e-commerce platform requires this for account registration.)
Pricing & payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout before you confirm your order.
We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely — your card details are handled by our payment processor and are not stored by Frekl.
We do our best to keep pricing accurate, but if a pricing error appears on an order you’ve already placed, we’ll contact you before processing it. You can choose to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Shipping & delivery
We dispatch orders within 1–2 business days. Delivery across Australia typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. We’ll send you a tracking link when your order is on its way.
We currently ship within Australia only. International shipping — watch this space.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Delays can happen (particularly to regional areas or during peak periods). If your order is significantly delayed, get in touch and we’ll help.
Risk of loss passes to you on delivery to the address you provided at checkout. Make sure the address is right before you confirm — we can’t redirect orders already in transit.
Returns, refunds & Australian Consumer Law
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) apply to all Frekl purchases and cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under the ACL.
Under the ACL, our products come with guarantees that cannot be waived: they must be of acceptable quality, match their description, and be fit for their intended purpose. If a product fails to meet a consumer guarantee, you are entitled to a remedy — repair, replacement, or refund depending on whether the failure is major or minor.
For change-of-mind returns on unopened products, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll consider these on a case-by-case basis — return shipping is at your cost for change-of-mind.
To request a return or refund, email hello@frekl.com.au with your order number and we’ll take it from there.
Damaged or missing orders
If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, let us know within 7 days of delivery. Email hello@frekl.com.au with your order number and a photo if you can manage one. We’ll replace or refund — no drama.
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, check the tracking link first. If that doesn’t resolve it, get in touch and we’ll chase it with the carrier.
Subscriptions
If you place a subscription order, you’re agreeing to recurring charges at the frequency and price shown at checkout. Your first charge happens when you place the order. Subsequent charges happen on the schedule you selected.
You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription any time through your account — no phone calls, no hoops. Changes must be made before the next scheduled order date to take effect for that cycle.
We’ll let you know by email if there’s a price change to your subscription before it takes effect. You can cancel if you don’t want to continue at the new price.
Intellectual property
Everything on this website — the Frekl name and logo, the content, the design, the photography, the copy, Freda — is owned by or licensed to Good Shout Projects Pty Ltd. You can look at it, link to it, and share it (fairly and with credit). You can’t reproduce, modify, or use it commercially without our written permission.
If you’d like to use Frekl content or assets, email hello@frekl.com.au and we’ll usually say yes.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law (and subject to your rights under the ACL), Frekl’s liability for any claim arising from these terms or a purchase is limited to the purchase price of the relevant order.
We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss arising from your use of this website or the products, except where the ACL or other applicable law requires otherwise.
This limitation does not apply to claims arising from our fraud, gross negligence, or wilful misconduct.
Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. How we collect, use, and protect your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll update the “last updated” date at the top. The version in place when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any dispute that can’t be resolved between us will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria.
