How much sugar is in Frekl?

None. Zero. Most ginger beer is built on sugar — often 30 grams-plus a can. We use a natural sweetener instead, so you get the taste without the sugar hit.

What do you sweeten it with?

Erythritol — a natural sweetener that's been around for decades. It does sugar's job with barely any calories and no weird aftertaste.

Does it have caffeine?

None at all. It won't keep you up; that's what the good time's for.

Is it alcoholic?

No — 0.0%. Not a trace. Fine for the kids, the driver, everyone.

Can I drink it pregnant or breastfeeding?

Yes — no alcohol, no caffeine. It was half made with you in mind.
